  • Mucinex D, I take half a pill every 12 hours. It usually clears up in a couple of days.

  • My doctor says not to take the Mucinex D. he said to just take the regular Mucinex. The reason is that the D ingredient works the opposite of the Mucinex.

  • Neti-pot and drink lots of water. Blow your nose a lot. (take lots of hot steam showers)
