How do you stop yourself from getting run down when you have to be up at 5:30 am to go to work

  • What time do you go to bed? I get up at 5:00am everyday to get myself and my kids ready to go out the door. I usually go to bed somewhere between 10 and 11pm. I'm good with that amount of sleep. If you need more, try to get to bed a bit earlier. It can be hard with kids, but if you are run down, you aren't at your top form for them or your job.

  • Forgot to say, to get 8 hours of sleep at night I go to bed at 8pm to, wake at 4am.

  • eat healthy foods and drink lots of water as well as go to bed at 9pm...keep a good attitude. :)

  • I normally go to bed around 10-11 pm, but about 2-3 times a week I take a nap when my son takes a nap. I usually wake up around 5-5:30 am every morning too.
