  • I did when I was pregnant, but I realized that if I cut out sugar and caffeine a few hours before I got to bed, it helps a bunch.

  • I have never been diagnosed, but I do have it. When I talked to the doc. she told me it had to be happening every night for them to do anything about it. I only have problems when I am trying to sleep and I am extremely exhausted tired.

  • I've had it for about 5 years~~I take the generic brand of Requip before I go to bed and that works.

  • I had it when I was pregnant, it was awful! I'm not sure if there is anything you can do about it either.

  • Yes, and I don't like how tired Miraoex makes me when intake it. I use Hyland's Restful Legs. As long as I take it early on, I'm usually okay. Exercise and getting plenty of sleep really help, too.

  • I've never been tested, but DH said I must run a couple miles every night in my sleep.

  • It would happen to me occassionally; apparently I did not have enough magnesium in my diet. Once I started supplementing with that, the RLS went away.
