Ab toning exercises?

okay, i had my son in october of 2009. i lost ALL of my baby weight, but still have the flabby skin :( it has really been no big deal but here recently ihave been thinking a lot more about it and was wondering if any of you have tried anything and it worked, to tone the skin and muscles in your stomach? i read about the flex belt, and I KNOW, theyre all scams. but didnt know if anyone has ACTUALLY tried it or anything along those lines.? i go to school all day, come home to take care of my son, so not much time inbetween for a gym or MUCH exercise.

ALSO: has anyone tried any kind of hair removal products? anything besides nair, tried it, didnt work. and dont have the money for laser removal, shaving is just such a hassle and i know you all feel the same way :)

  • There are a ton of great ab exercises, and the great thing about working the abs is you don't have to put a whole lot of time into it. Just 20 minutes every other day or so should suffice.
    Situps, crunches, and push ups are the very common, basic exercises everyone knows. Also bicycle crunches will help work your obliques as well. Do you know what the plank is? If not, just google it. Holding a plank position is very effective for strengthening your core. There are a zillion inexpensive DVD's for abs and general pilates (which also work the abs) out there that you can pick up at WalMart or anywhere really.
    As far as your flabby skin goes, if it's fatty skin, then losing weight and toning your core will help. If it's simply stretched out skin, it may or may not every go back to the way it was. Mine never did.
