We make our 15 (almost 16) yr old daughter bring her phone, iPad & PC downstairs to us at 9 during the week, so she will go to sleep at a reasonable time - is that too strict?

  • Unless she has given you reason to do I think you could try and trust her, I have a 14 year old boy with a cell and pc in his room and have never had issues so in a way I do think it is a little strict, give her a chance and see what happens.

  • Not at all. Some kids don't even have those devices. So I think you're being totally reasonable.
