  • No. The best diets are ones without pills.

  • I wouldn't trust a diet pill with a 10 foot pole. Eeks.

  • Not even once. I take vitamins and omega-3 supplements, and that's it's. Diet pills are incredibly dangerous, and are not worth it. Losing weight takes work and time, period.

  • No I agree with the statement it wouldn't be worth it. Also if you're breast feeding that would be incredibly dangerous. The most sucessful way to lose weight is gradual and without drugs. There is plenty of support and info on this site. Good luck.

  • No way. I did it the hard way--lots of exercise and a healthy diet. I have lost over 60 pounds and learned the fine art of determination and perseverance.
There is no magic pill for weight loss. At best, they're ineffective, at worst, dangerous.

  • yes and it didnt help! I think it was because our bodies are so outta whack from the hormones that the pills would have worked better if I was just trying to lose non baby weight.
