Just feel blah and down and really dont have a reason?
What do you do to shake yourself out of it?

  • Yes. When I have down days I'll take a walk, exercise, or write down all the great things in my life. Sometimes I'll just call a friend of mine that always makes me laugh.

  • I normally listen to a song that makes me smile. Listen to upbeat music helps me alot, and my ds likes to dance along with me, so that makes it even better.

    They always make me smile. LOL

  • I usually ask myself if I have gotten enough sleep lately, and if I havent then I try and make sure I take a nap or get to bed early that night. Most of the time I am under the weather it is due to lack of sleep or illness. If I have neither then I force myself to get up, do my hair, makeup, dress in something nicer then I normally would, and I go out. I might go to a friends, shopping, or even just to grab some lunch to go.

  • Yep, just yesterday I felt like that. Sometimes I will eat something I really like, exercise, shop, watch one of my fav movies, etc.
