Is it safe for my 2 year old to eat raw oatmeal?

  • Mix it with water and heat it. Simple. U can't give her raw oatmeal.

  • eye rollinguh no.....noone is supposed to eat it raw if it's quick one minute then take the time to do it right

  • My husband eats it by the handfuls. A friend puts it in her trail mix. It definitely is adding fiber. My husband eats the old fashion. The quick might be partially cooked anyway. I do not think I would worry about it.

  • It won't hurt her. Obvioulsy, it seems more palatable to cook it, but it will not harm her. It's not like you're giving her raw steak...
