I'm watching Say Yes to the Dress and got to thinking.....

How much did you pay for your wedding gown? This isn't a question meant for bragging or anything just curious. Mine was $5,000.

  • I paid around $500 at a wedding consignment store. I thought it was beautiful and I felt beautiful in it. And for those people being rude about what you paid for yours - piss on them!

  • When I went looking I tried on a million dresses...until I decided to go to this TINY store in my own city....thought they wouldnt have anything b/c store was small.

As I started looking I pulled out one and said "I HAVE to put this on now..." Its like I knew....I put it on and my mom started crying...I KNEW it was the one....perfect for what I was wanting

But I realized I had not even looked at the price tag....panicked at the thought that I had fell in love with an expensive dress I pulled out the tag and it said 300$....!!!!!!!

SOLD! lol I never understand paying 1,000's for a dress.....I have been married 11 years and still love my dress.

  • What is to be gained from 5, 000 on a dress? Seriously, is this a joke, or is it just an investment that the rest of us are missing out on.?

what is one cup of tea is not necessarily everyone's! no need to be rude.
