My husband and I went out to breakfast this morning, and our waitress wrote "God Bless You!" at the top of our check. I was a little put off by it, not really offended per say, but it did bother me. I was wanting some way to respond, with out being totally rude, but to show that it wasn't appreciated. I ended up writing "May you be touched by a great noodly appendage! FSM" and drew a little picture of the Flying Spaghetti Monster on my credit card slip.
When people throw their religion at me in public places like that, I want some way to respond that says, "Hey, I'm an Atheist, stop assuming everyone is religious like you!" I don't want to be confrontational, or rude, but we don't really have a 'catch phrase' like God Bless You.
So what are some other things I could say in that type of situation? What would you have written?

The way I respond is dictated by the circumstances.
I think you did a brilliant job!
