  • I usually eat more, but being I am doing a clean sweep through my home....

    Don't have time too eat at night, my late night snacks.... Stressing the move....

  • not just less...but nothing at all. my appetite is completely gone when i'm sad or upset. in fact i could be hungry and making something to eat and then if something happens, argument with hubby or something, i can't eat after that

  • I end up only eating junk. Like today. I had no breakfast and then some chocolate and diet soda for lunch. I know that will probably only make me feel worse, but I have a hard time making myself go eat something good. I hate depression!

  • When I am depressed I don't want to eat. I eat more when I am bored....if I keep busy or I am depressed it is less.
