Is it too much?

Is losing 10lbs a month too much.

Am I setting an unrealistic goal???

I am going to the gym 4 days a week, I am only taking in 1200 Cals & I'm taking "Slim Quick" & "Womens One a Day, Active Metabolism"

  • Technically 2 pounds a week is what's safe but 10 pounds a month as long as your not starving yourself? You'll be just fine. Just remember not to beat yourself up about it if it doesn't happen.
