I have started a new job. I can't get myself up early enough in the morning to exercise. So I have been doing it after my kids go to bed around 9 pm. Is it better to do it in the morning or evening?

  • This is true (in the morning) but honestly...if that's the only time you can's better than not at all.

  • I have read all kinds of articles that say it doesn't matter when you work out just as long as you do. Good job and still fitting it in :)
