Do you eat too much salt in your food? (I'm guilty ....)

  • I watch carefully, but daily--I'm sure I'm over the limit. I don't ADD salt to anything (except when I'm baking), but I do eat Weight Watchers Smart One frozen meals, which have more sodium than I might add. I worry more for my son, because I don't cook enough meals at home. I would guess that we are slightly above healthy recommendations.

  • I'm pretty sure we do, but I do try to be careful. I buy "sodium free" foods and don't use any when I cook except for sea salt occasionally.
