How many grams of carbs do you eat a day! if your trying to lose weight that is

mine has been less than 140.. between 120 and 140..
is that considered alot of carbs?

most of them are from fruits... veggies and healthy healthy foods..

  • You're better off measuring your portions using the food pyramid (, rather than counting specific grams. Your body needs carbs, so don't deprive yourself, just make good choices, like whole grains, in addition to your fruits and veggies.
