  • Call their doctor. But for immediate relief I recommend a humidifier in their room.

  • Try sitting her up so she will be less congested. I know what you are going through my 2 month old has a nasty cold and an ear infection. Hope she gets to feeling better.

  • Hey mama! Do you have a little bouncer seat to put the baby in? Put the shower on, really hot, so it is steamy. Slide over the curtain so all the steam comes out. The hot steam should open her air ways some and help with the congestion.

  • Shower steam always worked wonders with my kiddos

  • My 2 1/2 month old has been congested and sick for a while now...when he shakes off off cold...another one comes along. I have a 3 year old and 2 year old also so I know that is where he gets it from. Anyways....we have a humidifier which does help. But honestly the best thing that helps him is let him sleep in his swing seat. Night or day. He sleeps 100 times better sitting up because everything flows so much better. Also, you can turn on the shower and shut the door so it steams up really well. Or bundle her up really good and take her outside in the evening cool air for a short time (make sure her ears are covered). FYI the baby vicks rub says not to use it until 3 months of does work very well with my older 2 kids but I haven't put in on my littlest one yet because of the age recommendation.
