  • Cabbage Hamburger Casserole
    2 lb Ground beef
    1/2 lg Onion; chopped
    1/2 green pepper; chopped
    16 oz Tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp Cumin
    1/2 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Salt
    3 Garlic clove; minced
    1 sm Cabbage; cubed
    In large skillet brown ground beef; drain. Add onion, mango pepper and tomato sauce.Add seasonings. Cut cabbage into cubes; pull apart a little. Add cabbage. Simmer 10-20 minutes in covered skillet.

  • my hubby cooks :)

    I don't make a very good housewife lol. I can follow a recipe or my mom's way of cooking certain things, but I don't really enjoy cooking. So he cooks.

    We eat what we have around the house. We usually don't have much.
