Post Baby Weight

I am 10 months postpartum and I am currently 5'3 1/2 feet and 138-140lbs. I wear between a size 10-12 in jeans. I workout 30minutes + a day. I do a combo of cardio, strength, and weight training plus walking and running. I eat a semi vegetarian diet (no beef, pork, very limited cheese, chips, cookies, candy, soda) I know that muscle weighs more then fat so maybe it's just muscle weight.

  • What's your question? It sounds like you're already doing everything you can, and your weight is healthy, you're not obese or anything, so I'm not sure what it is you're wanting to know...
