Bobot (robot) Goes to School for Boy with Bad Kidney and

no immune system or a very low one because of a kidney being rejected from his last surgery. He was on the "Today Show" this morning, it's a GOD send for this little boy who had no school activities or friends. The Bobot is in school for him and he can move it from class to class and it's actually letting teachers interact w/him also. It's such an amazing devise created for him, and he was such an intelligent and humerous little boy. I think it's probably worth the $6000.00 for his mental state as well as his education. What are your thoughts?

  • I wish I had seen it! It sounds awesome, and I think 6K is a small price to pay for a child to have any sense of normalcy when faced by such a debilitating situation!

  • Great for that little boy but how many others deserve the same thing and are not getting it? Just curious because you don't say, who is paying for this?
I hardly think this will survive Obamacare for long. Too bad.

  • Wow! I wonder if it would be possible for that technology to be adapted for other disabilities as well.
