What's your best move for your trouble spots (abs, thighs,butt)?

  • Trouble spots have fat on them. You can't spot lose fat. You have to lose the fat in order to tone the area. It's all about balance. Don't just work one area. Eat right, do cardio, and lift weights. That's the best way to get those trouble spots under control.
