  • Depends on your needs and your use. If you are family car camping we love our local Utah made springbar tent (I do believe they will ship) it is make of cotton duck material and hey have been used at base camp on MT Everest. For a smaller light weight backpacking style tent we have a single wall 4 season tent by bibler (now made by black diamond equipment also from salt lake city) in recent years they have come out with some amazing advances in materials in the light weight tents however I'm not sure about 4 season tents since we are happy with ours.
The spring bar tent if cared for properly it can last a lifetime and then some

  • we have one call a 3 season Coleman. says it sleeps 11 but we put 4 in it. we use air mattresses and we camp all through October in Michigan. We always camp with electricity so we have a heater and can have a fan when its hot. We use larger stakes when the weather is rough or in Sand. It has rained on us many times and it cost under 100$. Costco usually has some nice prices. So does Dunhams and Target
