How much does the tooth fairy pay these days?

My dd has her first loose tooth. Her father and I are divorced and we need to make sure that we both pay the same so she doesn't get one thing from one "tooth fairy" and another from another "tooth fairy"

  • My parents were divorced and always took my tooth, so the tooth fairly only came to 1 parents house, there was no double dipping lol. My son has his first loose tooth, we've decided on 5$ for the first and 1$ there after.

  • The tooth fairy in our house brings $1.00 for a tooth, and $2.00 for a molar, if they ever fall out. My 7 year old has only lost 5 teeth.

  • My son will be 6 next month and doesn't even have any loose yet but I always thought it would be cool to have the tooth fairy leave something a little more unique, like a $2 bill or the dollar coins. So when it happens, we will do something like that.

  • I had to do the same thing when my granddaughter lost a tooth while here with grandma. Daddy said they paid a dollar, so that's what I did.
