  • It should be taken either days 1-5 OR 2-7 OR 3-8 and it can be take 4-9 or 5-10 but it's most often taken during one of the 1st 3 options.

It should NOT be taken after day 5 and it should NOT be taken if you have normal cycles lengths (under 35 days).

You should start with 80-120 mg and NEVER go over 200 mg.

-helps stimulate ovulation to happen or happen earlier
    -Helps eggs to mature properly
-There is acedontal evidence that it may cause more than one egg to release (multiples!!)

-Can mess up a normal cycle
-Is not good for women who are estrogen dominant
-Can cause more than one egg to be released (this is a con for some people).

GOOD LUCK! I'm going to use it if I don't get pregnant soon because I haven't been ovulated until about CD 30. According to a poll on Fertility Friend it's got a 77% sucess rate on the first try!
