Re-asking: Books that are about visiting heaven that are non-christian.

Ive read a few books about Christians visiting heaven & what they recall.
Id really love to read some books about OTHER RELIGIONS & what they recall when they visited their "maker" (or whatever fits to their beliefs).

  • The Tibetan Book of the Dead discusses some Tibetan Buddhist beliefs about the afterlife... it may be interesting for you to read!

  • Just to bring up a point, heaven is mostly an Abrahamic faith concept. A few of those you listed above view "heaven" as more symbolic as opposed to a physical place. I just wanted to point that out because you may have difficulty finding books about heaven from particular religions. When searching for books, I'd suggest searching near-death experiences in different religions since the term "heaven" may limit your results. I hope this helps.

  • Just wanted to point out that Catholicism and Eastern Orthodox Church are sects of Christianity. So if you are looking for specifically "non-christian" books, then those would not apply to your criteria.
