Dinner Suggestions

I am needing dinner suggestions for tonight here is what I have to work with---leftover turkey breast, stuffing, potatoes, carrots, corn and green beans. I would like to make something everyone will eat and not turn their noses up at. Thanks

  • Layer turkey breast and green beans and carrots in a casserole dish, top with left over stuffing. Make a simple gravy (or buy a jar) and pour it over the top. bake at 350 until heated through. Serve alone or with the corn or potatoes. This is a traditional after thanksgiving dinner at our house!

  • Are the potatoes mashed? If not, mash them. Layer the stuffing in a baking dish, then the turkey & all veggies. Pour some gravy or cream of whatever soup over, then top with the potatoes. You could do potatoes on the bottom & stuff on the top too, either way would work. Bake til hot & bubble.

  • I found a recipe for Thanksgiving Pizza by Duff Goldman on Foodnetwork.com.
You have some extra ingredients but I dont see why you couldnt use them on the pizza.
