Food and exercise tracking websites

Are there any where you can select workout DVDs, instead of having to enter things like "cardio for X amount of time," etc.? I've checked and one other (maybe from and I haven't been able to find anything on there.

What's your favorite site to keep track of things?

  • So Sparkpeople would be a site that I should use an e-mail that I don't check very often lol?

  • You can set up your settings so you don't get all those emails. Sparkpeople is a wonderful resource! They also have an iPhone app (and possibly ones for other phones), which is really nice.

  • I've never stuck with sparkpeople or myfitnesspal. Yesterday at B&N I bought an exercise and weight loss journal book on clearance for $6. I'd rather write it down and have instant access, I rarely remember to log into sites.

But you can go to a site like and type in most videos and see what the average calorie burn is.

I know, personally, I would love the Body Bug to keep track for me, it's just so expensive
