Polska Kielbasi...what to make out of it?

I usually do potatoes and saurerkraut...but NOT in the mood for sauerkraut.
any other ideas??

  • We have it sliced with waffles for breakfast, or simmered in a spaghetti sauce, or cooked with bowtie pasta, peppers, garlic, onions, chopped tomatoes and cream.

  • I usually do mac and cheese or pierogies with them. I was raised to eat them with pierogies by my polish great grandmother. My kids just dont like them.

  • Can cook it in a can of diced tomatoes, chop up an onion and green peppers, mushrooms, clove or 2 of garlic. Cook it low or in a crock pot.

  • i like to make a skillet out of it with onions and potatoes. or a boiled dinner with chicken kielbasi onion, worshire, water boil til chicken falls off bone and serve over rice.

  • I usually stir fry it with onions and sometimes I add squash, and mushrooms. MMM MMM good! I think I am going to make some now! Oh BTW My kids love it too!
