  • stick em in the freezer WITH their peels on and save em for the next time you make banana bread. That's what I do. Sometimes we don't eat them fast enough and they start getting brown. The more ripe they are, the better it tastes in the bread btw! :) To use, take them out of the freezer and let them defrost just sitting on a plate or doesn't take long, then peel and get the fruit out of the peel.

  • my mom makes abanana bread and uses canned pineapple so that might help some. But if not just freeze with peels and save till later. also might try what I make and that is a recipe and can maybe find on betty crocker and that is banana cookies and they are great. and I think only need two or three bananas. Or make chocolate chip cookies and just add diced bananas. Or can make chocolate chip banana pancakes for breakfast or dinner and they are great as well

  • I agree with making a smoothie. In the following recipe, I use at least 3 good size bananas.

  • You can always cut a recipe in half, if you have a favorite - or if you have a few more bananas that aren't quite over-ripe yet - put them in a paper bag and they'll soften up nicely :)
