Really bad backaches

Im only 18 weeks and 3 days and my back is killing me!!! any remedies ladies

  • try to lay on a heating pad to ur back or take some tynole

  • try to do some stretches especially that yoga one where you lay on belly and push up with your arms if that makes sense lol.. also a heating pad.. feel better soon!

  • Sleep with more pillows- namely between the knees. That and yoga or stretching.

  • Warm bath. Heating pad. Tylenol and Benadryl. (The Benadryl helps relax your muscles. I know it seems odd to take Benadryl for a back ache.) Pillows! (When you sleep, when you sit, when you're in the car!)

  • lay on your back with a pillow underneath it so your back is arched...take some tylenol and have your SO rub your feet it will relax your body and hopefully help the tylenol work even quicker to attack your back pain if that doesnt work elevate your feet or lay on your side...heating pads never worked for me cuz it made me too hot anyway
