  • I would go to the vet and get something for fleas there are several products that you can use as young as 6 weeks. They are much safer then the otc products.

  • Thank you for you comments ladies!! We washed him in Dawn and we finally found flea medicine that was for puppies 10 lbs and under and he is now flea free. He goes to the vet in 2 weeks for his shots and check up so we will get more there. Thank you!!!

  • I hope you did not buy an otr flea product because those are dangerous unless it is one of the products you used to only be able to get from the vet. The otr prudects like Hartz has killed animals before or at the very least caused neurological problems in the animals. I have seen many times over the vets while I worked at a vet clinic. Also keep in mind that while Dawn is good at getting the flea that are on the animal at the time. It is not a permanant fix. It does not take care of the eggs that have been laid in the environment and will not stop the other adult fleas in the envirnment from reinfesting the animal.
