Can active duty military personnel block an email address?

I know they are not supposed to receive personal emails on their military email account but let's face it many do. Can a military person block emails from people like regular non-military email servers? (I hope I'm making sense)

  • Military are allowed to receive personal e-mails on their e-mail accounts. Husband and I have been doing it for years and so has my uncle when he e-mails the family while he was deployed.
