  • Tylenol. My secret weapon for pregnancy headaches is caffeine. When I get a headache, I grab a latte or caffeinated sweet tea and I'm better in no time. Aveda also makes this oil that is blue (I am not sure what the name is) and it helps a lot for stress headaches and such.

  • Tylenol. If it is really bad, call your OB. There are some stronget painkillers that are safe to take on occasion.

  • The only thing we're allowed to take for OTC pain meds is Tylenol, if you have more of migrane headaches, your doc can prescribe you something.
