Ok this is my third pregnacy, and believe it or not I never had a constipation problem. Anybody have idea how to get things working again and not be so back up. I know this is not a fun subject.

  • eat yogurt grapes and plums those are natural laxatives they work for me ...

  • I already eat lots of yogurt and grapes... Hummm... I must be really screwed up. Everything with my body this pregnancy is all screwed up. Especially the last few weeks.

  • You are allowed to take a stool softener, which can really help. Call your OBGYN or an "ask a nurse" line at the hospital, and they can let you know which one is safest and most helpful.

  • Eat strawberries... DONT PUSH! Hemherroids suck, my worst pain ever, including having a baby! Drink water and eat Bran cereal or Raisin Bran cereal. Weird, but stretching helped me.... I know stretching is so fun when you are pregnant... I think it just gets things moving. Also walking always helps!
