I first started WATP about 7-8 years ago when I was diagnosed with diabetes. I started with a 1 mile workout in April and built up to a 4 mile video....and from that April to September I lost 50 pounds.
I still do anywhere from 10-20 miles with her dvd's every week. I love them and she motivates me. But I've recently started doing the Biggest Loser's Power Walk video as well. The walking is a slower pace, it's a 16 minute mile, but the moves done with it burn more calories and tone muscle even more.
But yes I LOVE the WATP workouts!
