  • It has had the nutrition processed out of the foods, and chemical nutrients are added back in.
    Instead, make a smoothie with organic vegetables, fruits, etc.

  • I wouldn't risk it without clearing it with my doctor. Better safe than sorry when you're considering the safety of your baby! :)
