  • I cover myself as much as I can. I'm prone to having cold. But ya we need to know the smart clothing and not the excess clothing. Starting with the body warmers and then putting a jacket with the double layer is a good idea. Having capsules like cod liver oil helps.......

  • Inside, outside? At home I usually wear one layer, maybe with a hoodie if I'm feeling cool. Going outside - depnds on how cold. Last weekend it was thawing - low 40's so I just wore a fleece jacket and my regular jeans and t-shirt and runners. This weekend it's colder -8ish so I'll wear jeans, t-shirt, runners and my winter coat. Really, really cold - 30 or colder basically the same thing, just warm up the car longer.
