I had a baby 5 yrs ago. my weight is110lb but until now i didnt lose my belly and it is so loose .i walk a lot it doesnt go or stretch

  • Walking is good but wrong exercise for the tummy. Do crunches.

  • walking isn't going to firm and tone your stomach....you need targeting exercises such as crunches to target the abs and obleks
