  • Carley is cute but remember you cannot control what others end up calling her. She might end up with Scar.

  • My daughter's name is Scarlett, but we ended up nicknaming her based on her middle name, which is Abigail. We call her Abby. Everyone thinks I named her after Gone with the Wind, but I didn't. I've never seen the movie or read the books.

The only nicknames I can think of are Carly, Letty, Ettie, Arly, Cara, Star, Scarly, Red and Arla.

  • I like Letty or Starr for a nickname for Scarlett.

  • The only nicknames I like for Scarlett are Carly, Carla or maybe Starr. However, like some people have said, she may end up being called Scar, you never know.
