What do ou think is the best diet> weight watchers or low carb?

  • Weight Watchers is definately the healthiest and life long. If you go to Dr Oz's website he has a plan w/Weight Watchers to reach your goals. Best wishes.

  • Low carb to drop weight fast, but have a high chance of gaining it back.

    Weight watcher if you want long term, life changing weight loss.

    (I tend to go low carb)

  • A healthy balance of lean protein, healthy carbs, veggies, fruit, etc is always the better choice. Low carb is temporary and you will gain back once you go off it. BUT that doesn't mean eating lower, healthier carbs isn't good for. As a diabetic I eat roughly 100 grams of carbs a day and I try for them all to be from whole grains, fresh fruit and veggies
