Pregnancy Depression?

I read this article that was talking about a new study into hormonal changes during pregnancy. It basically said that most women suffer depression like symptoms because of the hormonal changes, which can lead to postpartum depression.

What do you think about this?

  • I say breast feed. It reduces your chances of postpartum depression. If you are depressed during pregnancy, go shopping for you. Find some really great clothes, get your nails done, get your hair done. Drink lots of water and enjoy your beautiful glow. Awareness is a good step in understanding why you may feel depressed...so cry it out, leave it there, and know that its part of the beauty of being pregnant. Pregnancy like the most amazing thing we get to experience in our lives. :)
