  • I think you have somekind of cold or something. Try to drink plenty of fluids, rest and take some Zicam! Zicam works SO well at shortening the life and severity (sp?) of a cold. Really worth a try! Hope you get feeling better!

  • Sounds like the flu to me. Do you have a fever?

Answer by Syphon at 11:51 AM on Feb. 19, 2011

  • If you develop a fever, then I definitely say flu! But it could be just a nasty virus. Feel better soon!

Answer by AnnabellesMama at 11:55 AM on Feb. 19, 2011

  • Well, did you have any fever? Because I've never had the flu without fever and chills. It could just be a really bad cold. But with the weakness make sure you take a vitamin B complex, something with electrolytes, plenty liquids particularly water, and crackers with salt. It would also be good to take vitamin A, C, Zinc lozenges, Garlic, L-Lysine, Acidophilus, and Echinacea. All of that helps with both common colds and flu. I hope you feel better soon.

  • I said "no fever" in my original post. Still no fever! I do have the chills though. Actually a combo of chills then I feel really hot
