When you make your burgers for grilling do you add egg?

what do you put in the ground beef mixture? My mom put BBQ sauce in hers.

  • I have added egg before. It just helps it hold together better. You don't have to. Anything you like in your burgers is "right".

  • No, I add seasoning, but no egg. I don't put fillers like that in anything but meatloaf.

  • i add one egg and i like to put in some grill masters or egg ranch packet and shredded cheese. but i think it holds them together better.

  • I add about 1/4 cup beer, worchestershire sauce, a little A-1, salt, pepper, and blue cheese crumbles. it makes them so moist.
