How can I increase my milk supply?

I dont have a pump, and I tried hand expression, She eat regularly & get enough but for some reason I feel like I should have more ????

  • If she is getting enough wet diapers thru the day (5-6), she is getting enough. As you get used to breastfeeding, you may not notice the engorged feeling anymore. That does not mean that you aren't producing enough.

  • If she's satisfied, there's no need to increase, mama! Try not to stress unless she's still fussy and you're drained. =)

  • If she seems satisified, is wetting enough and is gaining weight there should be no problem!! Drink lots of water, don't stress and enjoy your time with baby!

  • Oh okay, I was worried because I wasnt feeling engorged anymore,I thought that meant you werent producing enough milk. But shes fine shes satisfied!! Thanks everyone! =)

  • If you do ever need to make more, a lot of moms eat oatmeal for breakfast because it raises production, don't drink soda and drink lots and lots of water.
