You can get no boil noodles, and either home made sauce or pre-made, and follow this:
6 regular noodles, cooked per instructions (or however many needed to make 2 layers of noodles if using no-boil)
1 container ricotta (okay to use fat free!)
1 16 oz bag shredded part-skim mozzarella
1 jar sauce
Mix together ricotta, 1/2 of mozzarella and egg in a bowl. Spread 1/3 sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 casserole dish. Layer on 1/2 of cheese mixture. Layer 3 regular noodles (or however many no-boil if using those), then 1/3 sauce, the rest of the cheese mixture, noodles, then sauce. Sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove the foil, then bake for another 15 minutes, until bubbly and starting to brown. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
