calorie counting book?

Where can i get one? I mean a free one or very very cheap, dh left me for a 17 year old, he is 22. I am not healthy and my weight is not helping. My kids want their mom back where i use to play soccer and stuff.

    www.self.com has a work out program on there with an online journal for workouts food and gives food examples as well.

  • go to livestrong.com... I just started it and it works fantabulously... It lets you keep track of your exercise, your cals, and helps you set goals and whatnot... I definitely recommend it!
