  • My favorite seasoning is called "Whats This". It great on EVERYTHING!!!! I add it to low fat mayo and skim milk as a salad dressing so it will taste good and still be low fat. It also helps low fat dressings taster better too. It's wonderful to sprinkle on meats before cooking in the oven or grilling. My family also likes for me to add it in my bread-er for fish, chicken or pork chops. It's goes on everything and peps up everything to give it a little extra zip. It's made in Newport, Arkansas and it's worth a lot more than it cost. When I started using it, my dh actually started commenting on how great my cooking had become!!!!!  Send me a message if you would like to try it and I'll see what I can do!!!!

  • The most versatile, oft-used seasoning around here is Penzey's Bavarian seasoning. It's a salt-free blend of brown mustard, Tellicherry black pepper, garlic, lemon peel, tumeric and onion.
