Would you stay friends?

I know that some people can be homophobic for whatever reason, but would you remain friends with a person after you later found out that they were gay?

  • Heck yeah, I would! I would be a hypocrite if I didn't, considering I'm bisexual. Plus I love gays, so there is no way I would stop being friends with one for that reason.

  • Just because one just found out that a friend was gay, doesn't mean that the friend changed. That friend is who they always were. That means if they were someone you liked and admired and were friends with, they still are that person. If the fact that the friend is gay would bother you enough to end the friendship--it's YOU who isn't a true friend.
I personally have no issues with a persons sexuality. I have many friends, who are gay. Who cares?! I don't. What matters to me is that they are good, nice people.

  • More then likely unless they did something to make it impossible to stay friends just like anyone else.

  • ~*Yes*~... they do not pay my bills, sleep in my bed, raise my kids, or live under my roof... so I can carel less
