Do you drink coffee every morning?

is this an addiction i should cut out of my diet?
it dehydrates me but helps with digestion. i only have one cup a day is that too much or too little?

  • I have 2 or 3 cups of coffee every day. It's perfectly fine and there are even studies done showing that it may help reduce the risk of diabetes.

  • I have read that coffee has tons of anti-oxidants..and it is very good for women in all kinds of is the sugar that we put in coffee that is bad. You can eat more fiber and drink more water though if you are having digestion and dehydration problems. Walking and exercise is great for digestion too.

  • I feel better having a cup in the morning as well. I sprinkle cinnamon on the top because it has a lot of great health benefits.

  • I have about a pot of coffee a day. Of all of the things I could be addicted to I think coffee is one of the least harmful.
