  • This is usually how it goes:
For breakfast I might have a couple pieces of toast (peanut butter & honey or peanut butter & jam), or some cereal... with juice or a glass of milk. That's usually my biggest meal of the day.
For lunch I might have leftovers (if there are any) or a Cheese Whiz or PB&J sandwich. I don't always eat lunch.
For dinner we have whatever is quick - burgers & fries, order a pizza, go get some fast food... hardly ever anything healthy.
I'll snack on whatever is around... but usually there's not a whole lot.
I don't eat much! I don't like to eat by myself and I'm alone most of the time.

  • I don't have a set meal schedule for myself anymore, with my weird work hours. Sometimes I'll have breakfast at 5am, sometimes not til 9, sometimes I'll wait til 10 or 11 and have a big lunch. Sometimes I'll have "supper" at 3 in the afternoon, and nothing the rest of the night, sometimes I'll eat at 6 with the family. Varies from day to day and how I feel. But...

Oatmeal or eggs are my big breakfast foods
Leftovers or sandwiches are my big lunch foods
Whatever happens for supper, be it a soup, stew, roast in the crock pot, casserole, whatever.

Lunch: Depends on my mood but usually something like a small sandwich.

Dinner: Our main meal and I make it something hearty, this coming week will be Italian week.

    Snack: Fresh fruits and veggies

  • Breakfast is usually a pot of coffee
Lunch is leftovers from dinner or fast food if we are running errands and not home. We also do a lot of soups, salads and sandwiches.
Dinner is something different all the time, based on what's on sale and what I feel like cooking.
Snacks are something I don't do very often and when I do it's usually some form of chocolate.
