Can I take a salt water detox to clean out my system while breastfeesding?

  • You should ask your pediatrician about this. Or even your doctor. I have 4 children and did not do a lot of brestfeeding due to postpartum depression. Good luck.

  • No, just eat clean and healthy and drink lots of water, that is the best detox. You need to eat while breastfeeding, not starve yourself otherwise you may lose your milk supply.

  • It's a one time detox to flush my body of waste. I can't eat && drink immediately afterwards. Just gonna have me clean my system out.

  • No, detoxes are not safe while nursing, as the toxins leaving your body can be excreted into your milk.
